ADDENDUM: Updated FY10 Solicition Notice

EPA is amending Sections I-E and V-A of the FY 2010 Exchange Network Solicitation Notice to make compliance with the Cross-Media Electronic Reporting Rule (CROMERR) a Tier 1 priority. In the original notice, bringing systems into CROMERR compliance was designated as a Tier 2 priority. Please note that, as the amended language states, project narratives must describe how the applicant plans to reuse currently approved CROMERR solutions developed by other states (e.g, OK, DE, IN, TX, etc.) or the approved Central Data Exchange solution developed by EPA. Proposed budgets must appropriately reflect the adoption of an existing solution rather than the development of a new solution. Applicants should refer to www.epa.gov/cromerr for examples of approved state solutions and the Central Data Exchange solution. Amended FY 2010 Exchange Network Grants Solicitation Notice (PDF) contains the modified text, which is highlighted in yellow.
