Letter to Vendors

March 18, 2005

Dear Vendor,

The National Congress of American Indians invites you to participate in the 2006 Mid-Year Conference and Tradeshow on June 18-21, 2006 to be held at the Kewadin Casino and Resort in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan.  Our theme "Not Our Borders: Culture & Commerce in the Era of Homeland Security" will also highlight Indian Country's businesses across international borders.

Consider becoming a vendor and experience an opportunity to access tribal leadership from over 250 tribes nationwide.   Not to mention, having your company’s name listed in the conference agenda and the NCAI website.

Enclosed is the Exhibitor Contract for your use to successfully secure your booth space.  The facility will accommodate only 47 booths, so act quickly!  An 8 X 10 booth space will include a table, 2 chairs, waste basket and company sign.  All vendors doing business internationally will receive special signage and we invite those vendors to participate in a promotional event to advertise their international work.  Booths will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis.  Please remit your Exhibitor Contract and payment to our Washington DC Headquarters to reserve your booth space.  Our Trade Show Decorator will send you a packet of information on how to order additional services.  Deadline for vendor submission is June 2, 2006.

Please check out our website for other opportunities available to you, such as advertisement and sponsorships.  Advertising in the conference agenda will provide your company with high visibility and depending on the level of sponsorship you may chose, your Company will receive significant vocal recognition from tribal leadership in the general assemblies plus other highlighted opportunities.  Visit our website at www.ncai.org for Conference and Tradeshow information.

Should you have any questions about the Tradeshow or Sponsorships, please contact me at 505-867-0203 or by e-mail at bhumetewa@ncai.org. Thank you for your consideration and we look forward to a very successful event.

Sincerely,
