Congressional Panel Discussion with the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (USCCR) to identify policy solutions to address the recommendations outlined in the 2018 USCCR Report: “BROKEN PROMISES: Continuing Federal Funding Shortfall for Native Americans.”
