The Mental Health Therapist is an exempt position that is responsible for providing clinical consultation, crisis intervention, clinical interventions, and case management services for Tribal WrapAround clients who have been identified as being at high risk for homelessness or are
currently homeless. The position responds to crisis intervention by assisting the Team in de- escalating crises and assessing such crises for potential hospitalization. Provides clinical consultation to care coordinators under the program. Assist the leadership with establishing and maintaining licensure and accreditation for behavioral health services/clinics.

Masters Degree in Social Work - Clinical Tract or related field and unrestricted license for mental health required.

9. Compile statistics for funding agencies.
10. Report to finding agencies as required.
11. Provide funding sources and write grant applications.
12. Provide Domestic Violence Training/Education.
13. Supervise staff that may be added to the Domestic Violence Advocacy Center.
14. Participate in the Maine Coalition to End Domestic Violence to better serve battered women and their children.
15. Attend funding agency mandated trainings/conferences.
16. Attend meetings, workshops and trainings that will enhance the director’s ability to perform his/her job.
17. Member of the Tribal Child Protection Team.
18. Provide in-house staff trainings on confidentiality, crisis intervention, workplace domestic violence and others as needed.
19. Be on-call 24 hours per day and will delegate other staff as needed.
20. Be on-call for crisis intervention on a rotating schedule as assigned.

The coalition will leverage its expertise to build a program that empowers Tribes and Tribal energy champions and provides project- deployment technical assistance necessary to plan and build residentially benefiting solar projects on Tribal Lands in the Midwest. MTERA is seeking an experienced Regional Solar Project Manager (Minnesota) to support the oversight and implementation of the MTERA Solar for All projects in Minnesota. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Tribal solar energy projects through the Solar for All program within Minnesota. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of the solar industry. The individual will manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations. The position requires collaboration with the internal MTERA Solar for All team, external stakeholders, contractors, and Tribes to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively. This role reports directly to the MTERA Solar for All Lead. Through their work on the MTERA SFA program, the Regional Solar Project Manager will play a key role in MTERA’s overall vision of supporting individual Tribal energy projects. Picayune Rancheria of the Chukchansi Indians

Travel Center managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of their Chukchansi Travel Center. The General Manager ensures that everything is running smoothly, from the pumps to the cash register to the cleanliness of the restrooms. They may also be responsible for hiring and training new
employees or helping current employees grow within the Travel Center. This might include providing additional training or coaching on topics such as customer service or safety procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
